I Am: Chapter (1) The Silent Observer

1. People think I am quiet, but I am just observing.

2. I talk, smile, and laugh, but be careful when silent.

3. I am quiet but not mute, deaf, or blind.

4. I am observant; I watch how everyone moves with me.

5. I do not react, but I notice everything.

6. I already know who is fake and who is honest. I play along.

7. I choose to play stupid but trust me; I know everything. You think I do not.

8. I have smiled at people who have said the most terrible things about me, and they think I do not know.

9. I love listening to lies when I know the truth.

10. I do not trust words anymore. I only trust actions.

11. I do not trust words; I question actions but never doubt patterns.

12. If I am arguing, I care. If I do not, I am done caring about it.

13. Let us be clear: I trust no one.

14. Do not lie to or use me; leave me alone if you are tired of me.

15. I would rather sit alone than with fakes and snakes. If you are not honest and loyal, stay away from me.

16. I have seen beauty in people who were called ugly and the devil in the most angelic faces.

17. People left when the house fell apart, not knowing I was tearing it down to build a mansion. I just wanted to see who was going to grab a hammer.

18. I will always remember who checked on me at my lowest.

19. I know the difference between “Busy” and “Not interested”.

20. I wonder how many strangers hate me because of how someone else described me.

21. Sometimes, I want to tell people different stories about my life. So when they gossip about me, they will argue.

22. I respect a person who respects me when I am not around.

23. People who gossip behind my back are precisely where they belong, behind my back.

24. I need new haters because the old ones will become my fans. If you hear something wrong about me or want to say bad things, come to me; I will tell you more. I am using your hate as my fuel.

25. I respect people with genuine intentions who tell me the truth, whether bad or good.

26. I do not respect those who do not respect me. You call it ego; I call it self-respect.
