Chapter (3) Chasing Dreams and Setting Goals

1. The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you have yet to find it, keep looking. Do not settle.

2. You lose many friends when you get serious about your life and goals.

3. Everybody is not your friend. Just because they hang around you and laugh with you does not mean they are your friend. People pretend well. Real situations expose fake people, so pay attention.

4. Chasing a dream is always better than chasing a person.

5. They want you to shine as long as you do not outshine them. Everybody loves you until you become competitive.

6. The winner does not seek validation. His actions are driven by purpose, not applause.

7. Be addicted to your dreams, not everyone’s drama.

8. Gossip, offence, and drama are symptoms of small-mindedness. People on a path of purpose do not have time for drama.

9. When obstacles arise, you may change your path to reach your goal but do not change your decision to get there.

10. Be addicted to goals, not distractions.

11. Stop getting distracted by things that have nothing to do with your goals.

12. You get what you focus on, so focus on what you want.

13. Never expect anything from anyone. Just focus on your life goals.

14. Chase your goals, not people.

15. It is on you to get you where you want to be.

16. Your goals do not care about your feelings.

17. Remember your goals and why you have started.

18. Money is a tool, not the goal. Freedom is the goal. Remember that.

19. Remember to enjoy your life while chasing your dream.

20. If winning means you lose your values, you have already lost.

21. Never stop chasing your dream. Never stray from the way.

22. One life, one goal, one destiny. Take it seriously.

23. Build your dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs.

24. Do not allow small minds to convince you that your dreams are too big.

25. Remember the lifestyle you promised yourself.
