Paul (the Prisoner of Christ)

Category: Endurance in imprisonment & ministry

Could avoid: Stop preaching to avoid chains.
“For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles…” (Ephesians 3:1)

Chose: Continued teaching and interceding for the churches.
“Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.” (Ephesians 6:19)

Endured: Chains, hardship, spiritual battle.
